The Community Investment Portfolio does not accept investments from individual investors.  Furthermore, any investor seeking to invest in the portfolio must be an accredited institutional investors as defined below.

Any organization or trust with total assets in excess of $5,000,000, not formed for the specific purpose of acquiring the securities offered, whose purchase of the securities is directed by a person who has such knowledge and experience in financial and business matters that he / she is capable of evaluating the merits and risks of the prospective investment or any entity in which all of the equity owners are Accredited Investors.

The minimum investment amount for the fund is one million dollars ($1,000,000) US
 
The minimum investment term in 36-months


How to Invest
To initiate an investment relationship with BECA, investors and interested parties should:

  • Verify that the Investor Requirements are met
  • Read, understand, and retain the investment plan
  • Review and select the account type that is most appropriate for your institution
  • Decide how much is to be invested (please see investor requirements)
  • Complete and submit all appropriate account application forms and agreements
  • BECA will confirm receipt of application
